The staff was great! Both agents I encountered were friendly and genuine! One let me borrow their tape dispenser to wrap a graduation present and the other gave me cutlery when the restaurant to-go meal did not! The room was spacious and clean, and the coffee Sunday morning was really good!

Even though the building and rooms were old, the suite room were big and kept clean. Well kept kitchen , big refrigerator, microwave. Great location, pretty close to Houston’s attractions like Zoo, Science Museum and Hermann Park.

I absolutely loved the room and how spacious it was for such a great cost. My room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk was nice and the workers were very kind. The hotel is in a great location and safe.
